At Meredith, Christine Bogdahn is responsible for managing Meredith’s apartment portfolio. Christine has over 15 years of experience managing both market rate and subsidized multi-family housing developments in New England. Christine’s past experience also includes on-going property management and oversight of new construction and extensive renovation programs. In addition, Christine holds several industry certifications, including the Spectrum C3P Tax Credit Certification and the NAHMA Housing Credit Certification.
