Meredith has a long and distinguished history of developing new and renovated residential communities as well as commercial properties. We are very selective of the development projects we undertake and actively seek opportunities where we can either develop in-fill sites with new mixed use projects or recycle and reposition old or existing properties. Meredith is currently pursuing development approvals and permits for two large and exciting development projects.
One Kenmore in Boston, MA is an approximately 1.3 million square foot mixed-use development utilizing surface parking lots and air rights over the Massachusetts Turnpike in Kenmore Square next to Fenway Park.
The Tourister Mill in Warren, RI, is a redevelopment of a 600,000 square foot Mill situated on 1,400 feet of waterfront along the Warren River.
