Jerry A. Belair

Project Manager and Director of Leasing

Jerry joined Meredith in 1984. He directs all commercial leasing activity and is Project Manager for the One Kenmore and Tourister Mill developments. Jerry is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and serves as Meredith's in-house counsel. Jerry has overseen the acquisition, leasing, management, construction and disposition of such diverse properties as condominiums, retail centers, stand-alone retail and office buildings, including the 400,000 square foot Monarch Place in Springfield, Massachusetts. Jerry received his BS degree in biological science from California Polytechnic State University and his JD from Western New England School of Law.
